Sean "Diddy" Combs' lawyers have filed a motion to dismiss a lawsuit that accused him of sexual assault of a teenager. The motion comes five months after the 54-year-old, former Bad Boy Entertainment president Harve Pierre and another individual termed "Third Assailant" were sued by a woman identified as Jane Doe in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Sean "Diddy" Combs is seeking to dismiss one of the sexual misconduct lawsuits that he is currently facing. Diddy, 54, recently filed a motion to dismiss Jane Doe's 2023 lawsuit, according to court documents obtained by TMZ on Friday,

Although the lawsuit was settled a day later, Combs was accused of sexual assault in a second lawsuit by a woman named Joi Dickerson-Neal shortly after. He was accused of drugging and raping her when she was a college student at Syracuse University in 1991.
